Position: Process Engineer 职位名称:工艺工程师 Location: Pudong 工作地点：浦东金桥 Job Responsibilities 1. Develop, evaluate & improve manufacturing methods, utilize knowledge of materials, parts, tooling, production capabilities, assembly line, quality control standards. 2. Provide the necessary technical support for the production site 3. Process cost estimation, including machining cycle time and capacity’s check and ratify 4. Coordinate processing activities with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and QA departments etc. 5. Cost reduction with process improvement by reducing the setup time, the cycle time and improving the tooling systems etc. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering or relevant subject. 2. +2 years experience hands on part machining process. 3. Familiar with mechanical equipment and tools. 4. Thorough knowledge of PPAP procedure and relevant quality tools. 5. Good command of oral and written English, CET4 6.Computer literate on ACAD & MS-office.
